FUNGO RULES FOR UTS CURACAO

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• All UTS Stores (excl. UTS Business) participate;

• A customer obtains a ticket for every ANG 50.00* spent on: e.g. purchase of Call Credit, Pre- or Postpaid packages, ‘down-payments’ for GSM and ADSL service contracts, or Fixed Line Installation Costs;
• The payment of a ‘monthly UTS bill’ does not contribute towards obtaining a FunGO ticket;
• The winner of an instant prize has until February 8, 2010 to collect his/her prize;
• Winners of a Fixed Telephone can collect their prize at UTS Novo; 
• The prizes do not represent monetary value and cannot be exchanged as such;
• The prizes containing a Service and/or Good to be obtained from UTS are covered by the relevant general Terms & Conditions applicable to the specific Good / Service.;
• The Instant Price Hand Sets can only be collected at UTS Gosieweg. All other Instant Prizes can be collected at all UTS Stores with the exception of UTS Brievengat.
 
Terms & Conditions postpaid contract:
• Any 2-year Residential Postpaid Contract
 
* UTS reserves the right to lower this amount at any time and will be valid only for those purchases from that point forward.
