For your convenience, we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about Fun Miles. This list can be found below. If your question is not among them, feel free to contact us, we’d be happy to answer any question you have.

The Fun Miles welcome pack is available for only ANG 10.00/AWG 10.00/USD 6.00 at the Fun Miles office or at all participating companies where you can save Fun Miles. It contains your card, your registration form, useful information and a few nice surprises.

You can start saving Fun Miles immediately, but it is important that you fill out and return the registration form as soon as possible: you must be registered to be able to redeem your Fun Miles. (Registration is one time only.)

All your personal data will be handled with the greatest discretion and care.

Enter your card number and PIN in the login window on this site. If you successfully sign in, your registration has been processed. We usually process forms within one week. As soon as your information has been entered into our system, you can start redeeming your saved Fun Miles.

Easy: just give your card to the cashier when making a purchase at participating companies. After swiping your card, the Fun Miles will be added to your Fun Miles balance automatically.

Redeeming Fun Miles for fun things at participating companies is easy: just give the cashier your card, enter your PIN and you’re done.

You will need your PIN (Personal Identification Number) whenever you want to redeem Fun Miles or check your balance. 

There are two ways to get your PIN: 

  1. Request it here. Your PIN will be mailed to you instantly.
     
  2. Determine your PIN yourself when you first redeem Fun Miles. Just enter a 4-digit code and remember it well, because this will remain your PIN.

You can always change your PIN online here or by contacting our Customer Service. Verification of personal data will be part of the process.

If you drop by the Fun Miles office with your Fun Miles card and ID, we will solve the problem immediately. Or you can apply for a new PIN here.

There are three ways to check your balance: 

  • Online on this site: login and go to ‘My Fun Miles;
  • By phone: call our customer service (have your Fun Miles card ready)
  • SMS: text ‘MILES’ to 2222 (first register your phone number here or at the Fun Miles office)

We generally process the saved Miles the same day, which means that they will be on your account the next day. At certain partners (i.e. Kooyman, MCB and ENNIA), your Fun Miles are added to your account on a monthly basis.

Yes. The fastest way to save is together with your family, company or club. You can order additional cards with the same card number at our Customer Service.

Only if you never use it. You have to save Fun Miles at least once a year to prevent your saved Fun Miles from being cancelled.

Please call our Customer Service as soon as possible. You can purchase a new Fun Miles card at a small administrative fee, and we will transfer the Fun Miles from your lost card to your new card.

This may have different causes: e.g. your information may not have been processed yet, you may not have sufficient Fun Miles to redeem or your card may be damaged. Please call our Customer Service, they'll be happy to check this out.
