For your convenience, we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about Fun Miles. This list can be found below. If your question is not among them, feel free to contact us, we’d be happy to answer any question you have.

The Fun Miles welcome pack is available for only ANG 10.00/AWG 10.00/USD 6.00 at the Fun Miles office or at all participating companies where you can save Fun Miles. It contains your card, your registration form, useful information and a few nice surprises.

You can start saving Fun Miles immediately, but it is important that you register first: you must be registered to be able to redeem your Fun Miles and to enjoy the benefits of Fun Miles to the fullest. Registering is easy: you can do it here on this very website. Those who do not have access to the internet can simply drop by the Fun Miles office, where we will be glad to help you. (Registration is one-time only.)

 

You will receive an email and a text message. When? As soon as you have received confirmation, you can start redeeming your saved Fun Miles.

 

Easy: just give your card to the cashier when making a purchase at participating companies. After swiping your card, the Fun Miles will be added to your Fun Miles balance automatically.

Redeeming Fun Miles for fun things at participating companies is easy: just give the cashier your card, enter your PIN and you’re done.

You will need your PIN (Personal Identification Number) whenever you want to redeem Fun Miles or check your balance.

You will receive your PIN via e-mail after you’ve registered.

Those who do not have access to the internet can simply drop by the Fun Miles office, where we will be glad to help you.

You can always change your PIN online here or by visiting the Fun Miles office. Verification of personal data will be part of the process.

 

If you drop by the Fun Miles office with your Fun Miles card and ID, we will solve the problem immediately. Or you can apply for a new PIN here.

There are five ways to check your balance: 

•    With the FREE Mobile Fun App (get it in the App Store for iOS, and on Google Play for Android)
•    At funmiles.net on the My Account page
•    With the terminals at the partners. They simply ask the cashier to check it for them.
•    With an SMS: text ‘MILES’ to 2222 (must first register the phone number online via My Account).
•    Or simply check the monthly email newsletter. The balance is posted at the top of the email. If they do not receive a newsletter yet, they can subscribe by adding their email address via ‘My Account’

 

We generally process the saved Miles the same day, which means that they will be on your account the next day. At Kooyman and ENNIA, your Fun Miles are added to your account on a monthly basis.

 

Yes. The fastest way to save is together with your family, company or club. You can order additional cards with the same card number at our Customer Service for AWG 10.00 / ANG 10.00 / $6.00 each.

Only if you never use it. You have to save Fun Miles at least once a year to prevent your saved Fun Miles from being cancelled.

What to do when your Fun Miles card is lost or stolen?
Please block it online here, or by getting in touch with our Customer Service. Then, at your earliest convenience, visit the Fun Miles office to obtain a new Fun Miles card at a small administrative fee. We will transfer your Fun Miles from your lost card to your new card.

 

This may have different causes: e.g. your information may not have been processed yet, you may not have sufficient Fun Miles to redeem or your card may be damaged. Please call our Customer Service, they'll be happy to check this out.
