I don't have a Fun Miles card - how can I get one?

A Fun Miles welcome pack is available for only Naf/Afl 5,-- at the Fun Miles office or at all participating companies where you can save Fun Miles. Your welcome pack contains your card, an information brochure, Fun Miles' general conditions and an application form. You can start saving Fun Miles immediately, but it is important that you fill out and return the application form as soon as possible, since you have to be registered to be able to redeem Fun Miles. You can also fill out the application form online.

What happens to my personal information?

When you are registered you will receive twice a year a statement of the Fun Miles you have saved and/or redeemed. All your personal data will be handled with the utmost discretion and care.

How do I know if my registration has been processed?
|
|
By entering your card number and PIN on this website, you can check if your registration has been processed. Or you can call our Service Center. We do our utmost best to process forms within one week. As soon as your information has been entered into our system, you can start redeeming your saved Fun Miles.

How can I redeem my saved Fun Miles?
|
|
You need a PIN to redeem your Fun Miles. The first time you redeem Fun Miles, the terminal will ask you to enter this four-digit code. You determine this code yourself. Make sure you use a code that you can easily remember, because this will remain your Fun Miles PIN.

How do I save Fun Miles?
|
|
Just present your card to the cashier when making a purchase at participating companies. After swiping your card, the Fun Miles will be added to your Fun Miles balance automatically.

When will my saved Fun Miles be added to my account?
|
|
For most companies we process your saved miles the same day which means that your account is debited the next day. At Kooyman, RBTT and ENNIA your Fun Miles are added to your account monthly.

How many Fun Miles do I have?
|
|
You can check your Fun Miles balance online. Or you can contact our Service Center where you will be assisted by one of our representatives or by the voice response computer. This allows you to check your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I save and redeem together with others on one account?
|
|
If you have a Fun Miles card and you want to enable your partner or your friends to save and redeem Fun Miles, you can get duplicates of your card for Naf/Afl 5,-. For Curacao directly via Multipost (+5999 465 6374), for Aruba and Bonaire please contact our Service Center.

Will my Fun Miles card ever expire?
|
|
You have to save Fun Miles at least once a year, to prevent the Fun Miles you've saved from being cancelled.

How do I get a PIN?
|
|
Apply for a PIN via our website. Your four-digit number will be sent to you instantly by return e-mail. Note: this service is only applicable if Fun Miles has registered your e-mail address.
The first time you redeem your Fun Miles, you enter a (self-chosen) four-digit number on the keypad that is presented to you. Remember this number. From then on, this is your PIN.

You can always change your PIN via this website or by contacting our Service Center.
Verification of personal data will be part of the process.

I forgot my PIN
|
|
If you drop by the Fun Miles office with your Fun Miles card and ID, we'll solve the problem immediately. Or you can apply for a new PIN through this website.

How can I change my profile?
|
|
You can update your information yourself online or call our Service Center.
|
|
I've lost my card/ my card has been stolen.
|
|
Please call our Service Center as soon as possible. You can purchase a new Fun Miles card and we will transfer the Fun Miles from your lost card to your new card.

My card doesn't work.
|
|
This may have different causes: e.g. your information may not have been processed yet, you may not have sufficient Fun Miles to redeem or your card may be damaged. Please call our Service Center, they'll be happy to check this for you.
