Harmen Donker | Managing Director
Joined Fun Miles on the 1st of April 2006. Finished in '88 HEAO-CE and specialized himself in Rewarding Customer Behavior with CRM, Community and Loyalty Programmes. Started his career with SaraLee/Douwe Egberts on the Marketing Sales Department responsible for confectionary brands, such as King, Venco and Droste. Over twenty years operational and management experience in various loyalty companies: Sales Manager Benelux at The Continuity Company, Sales Director at Cendant Membership Services, Managing Director of Personal Care Card. Has worked with major Benelux programmes in Banking, Utility, Retail, Oil and Entertainment companies. Recently developed the successful Dutch utility program Spaarwatt and is one of the founders of LadyCard MasterCard. Now, Coach of the Team.
Zuleika Quant | Marketing & Customer Service Manager
Zuleika joined the Fun Miles team in March 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she has gained extensive marketing experience through working on both the client and agency side. Before accepting the position of Marketing Manager at Fun Miles, Zuleika worked on Aruba at a local bank as a Marketing Officer, and as a Account Manager at an advertising agency. At the latter, she acquired a broad knowledge of various sectors working for mostly A-brand companies. She moved to Curacao in search of a greater challenge, and is now in charge of both the Marketing and Customer Service Departments for Fun Miles on Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and St. Maarten. In her spare time she loves to read and watch series online. Her favourite saying: Time flies when you’re having fun!
Hens de Jong | Sales Manager
After having been employed in the real estate brokerage and development on Curacao, Hens started working at Fun Miles on September 1, 2011. In Amsterdam, he graduated with HEAO Commercial degree. He worked as a store manager in the supermarket division (EDAH Supermarkten). After this he switched to the business services division (Randstad Employment Services and Yacht). At first, Hens had his employment in both finance and sales. It was an experience that brought him to be part of the launch of a new business development: ‘detachering’. The development of a brand new employee benefits program was one of his main goals. The switch to sales and account management at Yacht was his next step. Recruitment of higher educated employees on one hand and the solution of business cases at many different companies on the other hand were his core tasks. His commercial knowledge and experience gathered in many different branches, combined with the sense of multiple organization structures and his management experience, will offer Hens a prosperous start to increase the commercial achievement with his team at Fun Miles. After working hours you can find Hens sailing or windsurfing at the Spaanse Water or golfing at one of Curacao’s main golf courses.
Charis de Haseth | Account Manager & Business Analyst
Charis joined Fun Miles in the summer of 2009. She finished her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, followed by a Master’s Degree both at the Erasmus University, while specializing in Market Research Management and Consumer Behavior. Always in for a challenged, her career took off during her study years. She started in Telemarketing, followed by a Marketing Assistant position in a provider of telecom solutions, which offered solid foundations in direct marketing, CRM programs, and project management. Her last five years in Holland were spent in the offices of UPC Netherlands, building experience with sales- and marketing strategies, reporting and coaching. Moving to Curaçao, there was nothing she longed more than to follow her fascination for data mining and consumer psychology. The Fun Miles team took her in, making her fall for the dynamics of loyalty and its data opportunities, while working closely with the most interesting, diverse coalition of leading companies. It’s safe to say that the biggest lesson she’s learned here so far, is that nothing compares to working with passion… It’s like having fun, just within your reach.
Tivisay Tromp | Account Manager Aruba
Tivisay joined the Fun Miles team in May of 2010. Tivisay obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Communication International in 2004 at IN HOLLAND Hogeschool in Rotterdam. Afterwards, she studied Media and Culture at the University of Amsterdam for 2 years, which includes analyzing Movies and TV programs. Just her cup of tea! Later on, she started her career at the ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in Preferred Banking International in The Hague. In September 2009, Tivisay decided to take on a new challenge by moving back to Aruba. Home sweet home! After living in Holland for a total of 17 years, she first worked a couple of months at RBTT Bank Aruba N.V. However, she started looking for a new career move with a Fun factor! Soon after that she came across the Fun Miles ad looking for an Account Manager Aruba. This job had the perfect combination of Marketing, Media, Advertising, Relationship Management, Sales and HR. A little bit of everything with the special ingredient, Fun. Watch out though for Tivisay, she just picked up her Shinai to continue practicing Kendo!
Agnetha Huijting | Account Manager St. Maarten
Agnetha joined Fun Miles on August 1, 2010. Her educational background is Tourism & Management. She graduated from the MTRO Heerlen, and she attended various additional courses such as QuickBooks, Basic Accounting, and Project Management. In her free time she also followed many destination courses. She came over from The Netherlands eleven years ago to complete her internship with Island Representatives of American TransAir. She eventually fell in love with the island and the people of St. Maarten, and continued to work and live there until present. After working at Let's Travel for 6 years as an Office Manager, she has decided to move on and look for better opportunities. The job of an Account Manager at Fun Miles St. Maarten combines what she loves most: Advertising, Marketing, Account Management, Event Planning, Human Relations, and Sales. Agnetha loves to travel and to learn anything that's out there, and of course to spend time with her kids.
Orsine Philipa | Redemption Manager
Joined Fun Miles in September 1999. With an undergraduate degree in Commercial Economics & additional courses in Marketing & Marketing Communications, she started working in 1995. Since, she has gained experience in various commercial positions with a.o. The Movies Curacao, Licores Maduro, Budy Dive Hotel and Maspro Printers. Orsine is responsible for the Redemption part of the program.
Kristeny van Berkel | Marketing & Media Officer
Kristeny joined Fun Miles on September 1, 2010. Kristeny obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce at HAN (Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen) in Nijmegen. After studying 8 years in Holland, her desire to come back to Curacao was so strong that she packed everything and emigrated back, even without having a job. After 2 months, she found a job as an Account Manager at Tempo Curacao. But after 10 months, she saw a vacancy for a position at Fun Miles. She was so enthusiastic about Fun Miles that everyone knew that this was the job for her. Kristeny is in charge of Media for all four islands in which Fun Miles operates. So for advertisements, please call her. Kristeny is very passionate about her job, but the one thing she loves the most is her son Kaeden.
Ivette Martines | Administration
Ivette already worked with Fun Miles in 2002/2003. She then moved on to a transportation company A&A, where she coordinated all Logistics. After her short adventure in this 'men's world', we were glad to have her back again in 2004. Ivette has completed her MAVO, and took various additional courses. Since then, she has worked in different customer oriented positions at Kooyman and Fun Miles. In 2009, she became in charge of Administration at Fun Miles. She is originally from Bonaire, and enjoys cooking and dancing in her spare time.
Veanny Braafhart | Supervisor Customer Service, Curacao
Veanny started working with Fun Miles right from the start in January 1998. She has completed her MAVO took some additional courses in Customer Service. Since then, she has worked in different customer oriented positions with A.G.C. and Micro Systems. She started with Fun Miles as Customer Service Agent and has, over the years, grown into the position of Supervisor. Always in for a good laugh and dedicated to offer excellent service to all our Cardholders.
Chantal Martina | Customer Service, Curacao
Chantal started working at Fun Miles as a Fun Teamer in 2004. Having finished her MAVO and various other courses, she eventually became a part-time employee at the Customer Service department. In 2011, she got a permanent position at Fun Miles, where besides her daily tasks as a Customer Service representative, she is also in charge of maintenance and office supplies. She’s a very helpful colleague, who enjoys her job and is always willing to learn more. In her free time she loves to go to the movies.
Daina Leonora | Customer Service, Curacao
Daina started working at Fun Miles in December 2009. She has completed her MAVO, and took some additional courses in Holland. She has worked in different administration oriented positions, however she loves to work with people. Therefore, the obvious choice at Fun Miles was working in the Customer Service Department. She is always ready to take your call, and always in for a good laugh. She is dedicated to offer excellent service to all of you!
Nataly Arends | Customer Service / Office Manager, Aruba
Nataly started working at Fun Miles in January 2011. She has completed her MAVO and has finished Akademia di Computer in Curacao where she lived for 5 yrs and then went to Aruba back. Since then she has worked as Customer Service, Secretary, Supervisor and in Administration. She worked at Hyatt Regency, Maggy's N.V., PriceWaterHouse Coopers and also at University of Aruba. Also, she took some courses such as customer service and telephone operator. In 2006, she even won the 2nd place for The Best Telephone Operator. Her favorite food is Chicken Alfredo pasta with a good wine, love to dance merengue and salsa, and most of all like to smile and socialist.
Milouschka Euson | Customer Service / Office Manager, St. Maarten
Milouschka currently resides on St. Maarten and has been working at Fun Miles since February 2011. With her friendly personality and effective communication skills, she is always ready to assist customers’ requests. She was born on St. Eustatius but was raised in Curacao, where she pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. While living in St. Maarten, she got the opportunity to create a wonderful network of people and businesses by working in the Destination Weddings and Marketing industry and now with Fun Miles. In her spare time she enjoys the entertainment life; if not modeling at fashion shows or in-front of the camera, she is most likely being the life of the party amongst her friends and family.
