Introducing Fun Miles, the most attractive, free saving and redemption program in the Caribbean! You can use Fun Miles to obtain free products and services from participating companies and benefit from attractive special offers. You can save and redeem Fun Miles on Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and St. Maarten. Fun Miles brings fun things closer!

How do I get started?

A Fun Miles welcome pack with card and application form is available at all the participating companies where you can save Fun Miles (so-called 'Partners', indicated by a red door sticker that reads "Save") or at the Fun Miles office. The welcome pack costs five guilders. From that moment on, you can save free Fun Miles with all your purchases at participating companies. You present your Fun Miles card at check-out. The cashier will process your transaction electronically and your Fun Miles are accumulated automatically and for free!

The application form

As soon as convenient, please return the completed application form to one of our partners to enable us to send you a statement at regular intervals and inform you of interesting offers. For your convenience, you can also fill out the form electronically via this website. Please note that for safety reasons, you can only redeem Fun Miles once we have received and processed your application form.

Your PIN

Your Fun Miles represent a monetary value. For that reason, you can secure access to your Fun Miles account with a PIN. You need this PIN to check your balance via internet, or via telephone. You will also have to enter this four digit number whenever you redeem Fun Miles for products or services. Keep this number secret and remember it well. There are two ways to get a PIN.

Apply for a PIN via this website. Your four-digit number will be sent to you instantly by return e-mail. Note: this service is only applicable if Fun Miles has your registered e-mail address.
The first time you redeem Fun Miles, you enter a (self-chosen) four-digit number on the keypad that is presented to you. Remember this number. From then on, this is your PIN.

You can always change your PIN either via this website or through our Call Center. If you forget your PIN, you will have to contact our Service Center at Aruba: 587 3300, Bonaire: 717 4444, St. Maarten: 543 3300, Curacao: 465 33 00, or you can retrieve it through this website. Verification of personal data will be part of the process.

This is how quickly you save Fun Miles!

You receive one Fun Mile for every Afl/Naf 2.50* you spend at participating partners. Just present your Fun Miles card at check-out and the cashier will process your transaction electronically in seconds. Your Fun Miles will be added to your account overnight. So make sure you always carry your card in your wallet.

Save Fun Miles together!

When your whole family (or company, or club) saves Fun Miles, you can start doing fun things even quicker! You can order additional cards with the same number for Afl/Naf 5.- through our Service Center.

How many Fun Miles do I have?

You can check your Fun Miles card balance 24-7 via this website or through our Service Center (card number and PIN required). Moreover, you will receive a printed statement once a year via post and/or e-mail.
