Harmen Donker - Managing Director

Joined Fun Miles on the 1st of April 2006. Finished in '88 HEAO-CE and specialized himself in Rewarding Customer Behavior with CRM, Community and Loyalty Programmes. Started his career with SaraLee/Douwe Egberts on the Marketing Sales Department responsible for confectionary brands, such as King, Venco and Droste. Over fourteen years operational and management experience in various loyalty companies: Sales Manager Benelux at The Continuity Company, Sales Director at Cendant Membership Services, Managing Director of Personal Care Card. Has worked with major Benelux programmes in Banking, Utility, Retail, Oil and Entertainment companies. Recently developed the successful Dutch utility program Spaarwatt and is one of the founders of LadyCard MasterCard. Now, Coach of the Team.

Veanny Braafhart - Supervisor Customer Service

Veanny started working with Fun Miles right from the start in January 1998. She has completed her MAVO took some additional courses in Customer Service. Since then, she has worked in different customer oriented positions with A.G.C. and Micro Systems. She started with Fun Miles as Customer Service Agent and has, over the years, grown into the position of Supervisor. Always in for a good laugh and dedicated to offer excellent service to all our Cardholders.

Orsine Philipa - Redemption Manager

Joined Fun Miles in September 1999. With an undergraduate degree in Commercial Economics & additional courses in Marketing & Marketing Communications, she started working in 1995. Since, she has gained experience in various commercial positions with a.o. The Movies Curacao, Licores Maduro, Budy Dive Hotel and Maspro Printers. Orsine is responsible for the Redemption part of the program.

Surella van Reusel - Sales Director

Joined the team in January 2004. Is a graduate from H.E.A.O. in 's Hertogenbosch in The Netherlands. Did an internship with KPMG on Curacao on client-satisfaction and worked as Manager General Affairs with WTC, also in Curacao. In this position she gained experience in Account Management and Relation Management. She has a vast network and communicates on all levels. Surella looks after our Partners and is as such responsible for the Savings side of the program. Worth noting: She has a special interest in old habits and traditions in natural Medicine on Curacao!

Zuleika Quant - Marketing Manager

Zuleika joined the Fun Miles team in March 2007. As a graduate from HEAO with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she has a commercial background in the banking and advertising field, and has extended marketing experience through working on both client and agency side. Before accepting this new position, Zuleika worked as Marketing Officer at Interbank Aruba N.V. and most recently as an Account Manager at an advertising agency on Aruba. She moved to Curacao in search of a much greater challenge, and is now in charge of Marketing for Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and St.Maarten.

Lisette Jack - Country Manager St. Maarten

Lisette joined Fun Miles on the October 1, 2006, she has a an educational background on a graduate level in Business Administration, she has over 20 years experience in the Accounting field and 9 years experience in the Credit Card field. Lisette is originally from Curacao but has lived most her life in St. Maarten and has a little bit of French and British blood in her. She loves to read and loves quiet moments with herself listening to the sweet tunes of a good Gospel or R&B CDs. Lisette is a devoted Christian and mother to a wonderful daughter. When it comes to cooking Lisette is our queen in the Fun Miles kitchen. Her specialty: scalloped potatoes and broccoli cream mushroom pie with some good baked chicken.

Ivette Martines - Customer Service Agent

Ivette already worked with Fun Miles in the period 2002/2003, then moved on to a transportation company A&A where she coordinated all Logistics. After her short adventure in this "men's world" we are glad to have her back again. Ivette has completed her MAVO took some additional courses. Since then, she has worked in different customer oriented positions with Kooyman. She is originally from Bonaire and knows how to prepare good fish! Furthermore, she knows how to dance salsa, merengue en bachata very well!

Lisette Kock - Account Manager Aruba

Lisette Kock joined the Fun Miles team on April 1, 2008 (no April Fools’ Day joke). Lisette obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management at IN HOLLAND Hogeschool in Amsterdam. Fascinated by Advertising and Marketing, she opted to do an internship in Sao Paulo Brazil at Lew, Lara Publicidade in 2003. After working as an Account Manager at an advertising company in Aruba for almost 3 years, she decided that she WANTED MOREEE. The opening at Fun Miles came at the right time. The job of an Account Manager at Fun Miles Aruba combines what she loves most: Advertising,  Marketing, Account Management, Event Planning, Human Relations, and Sales. Lisette loves to travel, learn new languages, and make new friends from different cultures. According to the people that know Lisette, she has a great sense of humor, loves to party and have a good time!
