Key Account Manager

In this position you are the main link between Fun Miles and its biggest accounts, for whose results you are also responsible. You perform a wide range of tasks to foster the success and satisfaction of these key partners. You lead our account teams, write plans, budgets and reports, and ensure that deadlines and KPIs are met. You translate our partners' goals to Fun Miles' services, and vice versa.

Your profile: a born account manager with boardroom presence and excellent communication skills; a high-level sparring partner for our large corporate clients. You possess at least 10 years of relevant professional experience and an extensive professional network in the region. Marketing, loyalty and data are familiar areas for you. You are a proactive, well-organized go-getter, prepared to travel between the islands, and skilled in Dutch and English. Papiamentu is a plus.
