This is an innovative, customer-friendly display that contains a TV, a phone and an iPad. The TV lets people watch Fun Miles’ latest campaigns and deals. The phone enables them to call Fun Miles’ customer service directly. The iPad offers them a range of convenient possibilities.

The iPad in the Fun Miles Service Point helps people find useful information about Fun Miles, its partner companies and the many redemption options. It also enables cardholders to quickly check their Fun Miles balance, and even allows them to register a new Fun Miles card on the spot. (Registration is a must to be able to redeem Fun Miles).
Call, or request to be called
During office hours, the Service Point’s built-in phone enables people to call Fun Miles’ customer service directly. Outside of office hours, they can use the iPad to request to be called back by a Fun Miles representative.
